What happens next
After you send this
Within a few hours. If you tell us it is urgent, the dispatch desk calls you back straight away and asks the questions that decide how fast somebody can reach you.
Within one business day. For everything else, you receive a written scope with a price and a suggested date. If the date does not work, we move it. That is a normal conversation, not a negotiation.
Before the visit. We confirm access details, ask about parking and pets, and tell you how long we expect to be there. If there is something we should know about the property — a narrow staircase, a previous contractor’s patch, a room nobody has opened in years — this is the moment to mention it.
On the day. The technician photographs the area before starting and gives you a verbal summary of what they intend to do. The written scope you approved is the reference for the whole visit.
Afterwards. Photographs, readings where relevant, the list of parts used and a two-year written workmanship commitment on the completed work.
