Cancel more than 24 hours before the visit and nothing is charged. Inside 24 hours a $45 call-out fee applies, because the crew, the vehicle and the route have already been reserved for you. Emergency callouts are excluded from this rule: cancel before the technician sets off and the call-out is not charged.
Timing and coverage
Emergency callouts are dispatched within 60 minutes of a confirmed emergency, at any hour. Regular visits are booked within one to three business days anywhere in the United States.
