Stage by stage
What each stage looks like in practice
Stage one is a conversation, not a sales call. The dispatch desk asks what you have noticed and when it started. Half the time the description alone points to the cause, and the first technician arrives already knowing what to look at.
Stage two is measurement. Our engineers carry gauges, manometers and a thermal camera. A pressure reading of 42 instead of 60 tells a story that a photograph cannot, and it is the difference between replacing a part that does not need replacing and fixing the part that does.
Stage three is the part clients appreciate most. The scope reads like a document, not a quote from a van. Every line has a price. Optional work is clearly optional. HEART AND DAGGER SOUTHERN LTD has lost plenty of money by telling people to do less, and it has never once been a problem.
Stage four respects the house. Floor protection down before anything is moved, tools on a mat, dust controlled where sanding happens, waste taken away the same day.
Stage five is short and honest. We show you the work, we hand over the paperwork, and we tell you what to watch over the next months. That last part is not a sales tactic. It reduces callbacks, and callbacks are expensive for everybody.
