The problem

What usually happens is that the visible surfaces get done and the invisible work gets deferred. Behind the sofa. Under the bed. Inside the range. The drip tray under the sink. The tops of the door frames. Nobody is cheating — there is simply no point at which the job is ever declared finished.
HEART AND DAGGER SOUTHERN LTD closes that gap with a written checklist per room. Every surface has a line against it. When the crew leaves, the sheet is signed and you receive a copy with notes on anything that needs attention, such as a loose tile grout line or a caulk bead that has started to curl.

Bathroom soap scum is not a stain until you look at the base of the taps, and by then it has usually hardened enough to need a different product.
HEART AND DAGGER SOUTHERN LTD works through kitchens and bathrooms with a small set of tools kept separate from the rest of the kit: a dedicated degreaser for the range and hood, a pH-neutral product for natural stone, a soft brush for grout lines and a lint-free cloth for glass and mirrors. The order of work matters. That is why the checklist exists.
Because we return to the same houses, our teams learn the small things: which tap collects water spots, which window sill holds grit, where your dog actually sits. That familiarity is the part no product can reproduce.

Not usually. HEART AND DAGGER SOUTHERN LTD can work with a key, a lockbox code or a trusted person on site. For a first visit we do prefer someone to be there so we can walk the property and agree priorities, but we only need that once.
Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours a $45 call-out fee applies, because the crew and the route are already reserved.
Yes, and we recommend it. On a standing arrangement HEART AND DAGGER SOUTHERN LTD keeps the same team on your address wherever the schedule allows, which means they learn the house instead of relearning it every fortnight.
We bring everything for the standard service, including cloths, mops, vacuum bags and cleaning products. If your home needs a specific product for natural stone or a particular finish, tell us and we will source it before the visit.
