Because the website itself stores very little, most of the data we hold about you sits in our scheduling records rather than on this site. Contact the privacy desk and we will deal with it.

Security

Form submissions are transferred over an encrypted connection, the dispatch record is stored on access-controlled systems, and technicians receive only the property details they need for the job in front of them. Photographs taken during a visit are stored with the job record rather than in a general media library.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data and creates a meaningful risk, HEART AND DAGGER SOUTHERN LTD will notify you and the relevant authorities without undue delay.

Children

This website and our services are intended for adults arranging household services. HEART AND DAGGER SOUTHERN LTD does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
